All good reputed companies made measuring instruments and all perfectly designed with high quality. So what is the need of calibration and why those instruments need to be calibrated, please give me suggestion.

I generally agree about the 'high' quality but let me give you 3 reasons why I'm cautious -

1. I can't afford to totally believe that what the instruments are saying is true - for example, too late to do anything if you have serious engine problems due under oil emp or pressure readings.

2.  Someone I know was chasing a higher that expected oil temperature reading, he modified cowl/ fitted larger cooler & then fitted dual coolers with no improvement.  When he was asked if he checked that what he was seeing on the gauge was accurate the reply was - it is all NEW so must be okay.  WRONG - in this case it turns out that there was a 'bug' in the EMS software.  There was nothing wrong with it in the first place.  Go figure  ::)

3. Some Aviation Regulators require instruments to be calibration checked, especially for IFR (Instrument Flight) aircraft.

Hope this helps, others may have different views.

Dynon Avionics uses the term "calibrate / calibration" for some systems and subsystems to indicate "train the unit / installation procedure". For example, in our EFIS units (including SkyView) it's required to "calibrate" the compass. Although the compass subsystem IS calibrated before it leaves the factory, there are always at least minor magnetic influences during an installation in an aircraft - thus there must be a calibration performed to "map" the magnetic influences of that particular plane, so that when the plane is pointed to magnetic North, the compass subsystem displays that the plane is pointed to magnetic North.

Because everything on this planet degrades with time. Some things faster than others, but everything degrades. If you are not verifying that your "stuff" is operating correctly by cross checking it against a known good value (calibration) you won't know when your "stuff" has degraded beyond it's acceptable limits. In some equipment these acceptable limits are the difference between life and death.
