downloading updates

My apple I mac does not support Dynon file types . How do i download updates etc. to my jump drive in Apple?

I have a Mac book and i download by using Firefox as my Browser. I think it should work for you too.

All you have to do is download the update file to wherever you have your browser save the file to. I have a file on my desk top named Safari downloads and that is where I have set Safari to send all downloads to. Then just drag the file to your thumb drive. You do not open it or do anything with it except drag and drop on your jump drive

The hardest part is finding the download link on the web sight for the SkyView. It under Support, SkyView downloads and the link is in the first paragraph.
