#10 wire is a little light for potentially 105A of current. I'd use a 100A shunt. Should be #4 into and out of the shunt on it's way to a bus bar. I have a DPST master switch and I use one pole to control the master contactor and the other pole to power to the 5A field breakers and the two field switches for the alternator. My 2nd alternator is has a controller that sets the voltage below the primary one, so the standby doesn't get any load until the primary goes off or gets behind the load.Would this set-up work? I want to be able to measure the amps on both alternators through the Dynon System. I should note I also have the EFII system.View attachment 7018
