Did you get an email or something? I filled out the form very early on, and I know they have a backlog and they did say not to expect to hear from them right off, but I haven't gotten anything since then...

Phone call today from sales, and then email with a RMA number. I was probably close to the first to reply as I was on-line when they posted the offer.
