I once had a crew chief who always responded to praise and criticism the same way: Son, he'd say, it's all man made and is doomed to fail. That being said, props for Dynon's product support are well in order. Slowly but surely you guys are setting the industry standard for after sales service and technical assistance. When my D100 went bad last week (see post below) I contacted Woodinville who issued me an RMA, shipping a new unit almost instantly. I received and installed the EFIS within 72 hours of my initial call. Most impressive considering I operate in Europe, and just another reason why Dynon will be my first choice when it comes time to upgrade. Keep up the great work.  ;)
