Dynon Shipping fiasco

If Dynon is Advertising " After repair, Dynon Avionics will return ship using the same shipping class (ground, 2-day, overnight, etc) that it arrived by. " then you need to pay attention to how it arrived to your location.

I returned my D1000T for repair via USPS Priority Express (1 day service) on 9/8/15. Received by Dynon on 9/9/15. Yesterday I received UPS notification of 7 day Ground return service. I paid over $65 to get this to you in hopes to minimize downtime. This shipping error has doubled the downtime. :mad:

We did make a mistake here and didn't explicitly log that it was a priority package when it came in, which we normally do. We normally do better, but we messed up here.

We're in contact with Kurt doing our best to make it as right as possible.
