Hi Guys, I just insralled my Dynon d180 with all the lycoming engine sensors that came with the package deal, upon first start up of the engine, a lycoming 0320 B2B, the oil presure reading starts out with a very high value 85 psi than right after engine start it continues up numerically until it reads --- so no reading at all, we know the engine is making the right oil presure as we checked it with a steam gage directly to the oil presure port. any ideas? thanks in advance!

Make sure you told the unit the correct sender part number. The original senders were completely different and use a different definition.

In particular, if you have a Kavlico pressure sensors (sold for years now), make sure you've installed it per the "Addendum for Kavlico Sensors" as seen on http://docs.dynonavionics.com. It's wired slightly differently, and instead of sensor type 1, you use type 5
