EFIS-D100 Problem

I have a problem with the D100 EFIS

I just turn on the new aircraft CT-SW production 2007 that didn't run for 5 years
We have checked engine, structure, and avionics all the condition are OK.

When we run the engine the Dynon EMS works perfectly except EFIS-D100 that is not turn on at all

I've check the power supply cable to the EFIS-D100 and the results are OK, and than i plug it into EFIS-D100, but the result is still OFF.

Is anybody has the same problem with me? what should i do?

A few things. If the software hasn't been updated since 2007 or before, and there's an internal battery installed, and/or the "keep alive wire" is connected, the unit might actually work fine, but because of older software issues, may have trouble turning on. So first, remove the all power, including the backup battery, from the D100, and then see if it will power up after master power is reapplied. Doing this on a bench with a dedicated reliable power supply might be the best way to definitively troubleshoot this.
