EFIS D10A Hobbs and Tach meter

Can I get the Hobbs and Tach meter display on my efis D10A, without having to install the EMS D10?

No - both use EMS inputs: the tach signal and oil pressure, which require the EMS hardware.

Is there a module available to give me this rather than buying a full EMS didplay?

Unfortunately, there isn't.
