You will have to connect your ELT to an unused serial port on SKYVIEW and configure that port to NMEA at the desired baud rate. I have this setup with the ACK ELT.
• Configure the SkyView display serial port:
SETUP MENU > SYSTEM SETUP > SERIAL PORT SETUP > SERIAL PORT x SETUP
SERIAL IN DEVICE: (don’t care, does not affect ELT)
SERIAL IN/OUT BAUD RATE: (set to match speed of ELT; typically 4800 or 9600)
SERIAL OUT DEVICE: NMEA OUT (BASIC)

Or in case you have a GPS navigator like the 430 and you are running out of serial ports on the Skyview, you could connect the ELT directly to the GPS navigator serial output and set that link up to provide the data rate that the ELT accepts

Just be sure to double-check the installation manuals to see if a resistor is required in the TX line from the navigator (like the 430W) like when connecting the GPS to an XPDR-261/262 (I have no idea if this is actually required for an ELT, just giving a heads-up to double-check).
