EMS D120 wont power on on third crank

my D120 did power on the two first time I cranked my engine to try to start it. Engine started at the third crank but D 120 failed to power on. Any suggestion. Has always been working flawlessy in the past on CTSW with Rotax engine

Will it work with the engine off or is it just not powering on at all now?

If it the latter check all fuses/cb and connections.

It did restart when I cugt live wire no 2 as suggsted by Dynon. Why it suddenly stopped working remains a mystery
