ems fail

I have a new skyview system, Istalling in rv6 every thing went well until I get this ems fail with red x? the red led blinking at half speed,have switched cables with the adahrs-200 and ems but same thing, ems fail????
after calling tech was told to do a new net work configure but did not help, when i check status ems does not show....help

The half speed is what you'll see when there's power but it hasn't been configured. If you're seeing that half speed blink, and you do a network configuration, and it doesn't detect, first make sure that the SkyView Network cable has continuity on all the pins. If it does, there might be something up with the module. Please keep your dialog going with technical support to work through this issue.
