I just finished the installation of and D100 + D180 system and I have with the 180 the exact problem described page 8-5 of the D180 INSTALLATION guide : FlightDEK-D180 dispalys a blinking blue screen. I have checked both 2amps and 10V parameters and it is OK . My source is the battery of the aircraft.
I exchanged D100 (the D100 works well) and D180 location and the problems remains with the D180.
My unit is PN 100564-001 SN 002054 purchased six months ago from Aircraft Spruce.
Please tell me what to do
Thanks and regards

Could be something wrong with the D180, or it could be that it's not quite seeing a high enough voltage. When the D180 is blinking, what does the voltmeter on the D100 read (it's under INFO>VMETER in the menu)?

Thanks for your help.
We have disconected the 25 pins connector and remove the back-up battery without positive reset.
The voltage read on the D100 is 12.3 VOLTS; We have also powered the D180 unit on a bench up to 14 volts without result.

If the FlightDEK-D180 was hooked to a 14V regulated power supply on the bench and is still rebooting, we'll need to look at it here. If that's the case, give us a call at 425-402-0433 to set up a return authorization. Ask for tech support.
