Enabling minimum altitude / MDA bug?

Hi folks,

I recently completed installing an HDX800, and I've been looking for the minimum altitude / MDA bug. It doesn't appear in the left-hand knob's menu (entirely missing), and I haven't found any way to enable it in the settings menus. There's also no reference to an enable/disable option in the manuals, as far as I can tell.

How does one go about enabling the minimums bug?

One thought: I don't have any autopilot servos installed yet (though that will be coming within the next month or so). Does installing those enable the bug?

(I also have a GNS480 hooked up via the SV-ARINC-429, which is successfully delivering IFR nav info and approach guidance -- but that doesn't seem to have enabled it.)

Thanks,
Raymond

Bugs are enabled by pressing MENU > PFD TOOLS > BUGS as explained starting on Ch 4 - 2 of the HDX Pilots User Guide.
The Altitude bug is further detailed on Ch 4 - 11.

Since I didn't see "Bugs" listed anywhere in the Table of Contents at the beginning of the guide, I entered the word "Bug" in the Find feature (magnifying glass in the upper-left of the guide) then repeatedly pressed Next to step through and show the locations of all 191 instances of the word Bugs throughout the manual.

Aha, thanks! I had been searching for "minimums" or "MDA" and didn't think to just look at bugs in general, that'd do it!
