I believe that Dynon has to consider a European technical support and repair center if they target the European market as well. If you have to send a defected item back to the US and you live in an EU country, you need a lot of time, paperwork and money to do it. It is not as simple as putting it to the box and just sending it with a parcel service to Dynon. Maybe that is why a major US competitor has a technical center in EU, I think in Southamton UK, serving all European countries.
