Excessive static in intercom when PTT used.

No problem receiving transmissions, however when sending, excessive static in intercom. Suggestions?

Can receive transmissions clearly but if PTT pushed, excessive static in headset, cannot distinguish the transmission. Any suggestions?

There can be so many variables here but here goes --does this happen when engine is not running ? if yes then turn everthing off except radio & intercom then try again.
If yes to static then it's possible that there are some wiring issues, if no then turn on each electrical/avionics (those that you normally have on) item one at a time to ascertain the result - better still I'll pm you

Had the same problem...
The antenna coax cable was too close to the intercom wiring.
Even with RG400!

Just starting taxi tests. With the Dynons off, the Garmin radio stack works very nicely (PMA240 audio panel, 430W, SL40). Once the Dynons come online, there is a substantial amount of static in the background and I'm unable to squelch it away (regardless of if the PTT is depressed). I can hear incoming transmissions over the static, but I'd like to eliminate this.

Any suggestions on what to look for?

You need the filters from Dynon. Contact support and they will arrange them for you.

It may not be the filter replacement you describe, depends on other things too including serial number of unit , it may be the EMS module too - best bet is to contact support direct IMO

At least we agree on the support, but filters have always been my number one - it happened on mine.

I also get an audio buzz in the intercom. It comes from the display - it is quiet at full dim and full bright but buzzes in between.
Not really noticeable when flying but can hear it on the ground.
I put 4.7K resistors in series with both audio channel outputs and raised the volume in the settings, this helped a lot.
