Extended center lines with Rwy numbers

I would like SV to show the extended runway center lines, with the runway numbers on the ends, just like Foreflight does - see picture. Even better, add small indicators for the pattern direction, which Foreflight doesn't have. Both would often be a real help at an unfamiliar airport, particularly if I have to switch directions, and don't remember the other numbers.

Good idea.

So glad to hear you say that Dynon, I thought this would be a nice addition to Skyview as well.
We definitely like adding features for you! We don't make specific promises until the software lands, but this is definitely on the list.

Ditto to that. It would be a useful addition, especially with a customizable marker about 3 miles out.

I agree with the Foreflight type of runway extensions. I just tried using the Foreflight feature in flight planning which adds an entry to a destination runway. I choose a 45 degree left down wind to a destination runway and it added a waypoint to the flight plan. That flight plan loaded into Skyview and my autopilot flew me into a perfect entry at an airport that I hadn't been to before. Very cool.

The latest PocketFMS 3.60.2 has the circuit patterns with altitudes, arrows and numbers for Germany. Outside Germany only the circuit and direction is given or you can use the overlay from the EFB.

Hope Dynon didn't forget about this neat feature.

I hope so also.
Would be a great feature.
WingX Pro also has the feature, which I have used over the past 2+ years.

Dynon, when you add this, please have an easy "in flight" toggle on and off. Any other options can be in set up menu.
