failed 7in screen again

My 7in screen went to the coloured vertical lines and gone to black again. it has been running fine since I received a replacement but yesterday while doing some engine running it rebooted then came back with the lines and now has stopped working. I have tested it with a test lead and the power light is on, at the back near the ethernet connection, This is a very frustrating experience as I am nearly ready to close the lid on my RV. The 10in is working OK. help.....Hugh

Dynon have given me excellent service and I suspect they are as frustrated as us. I am confident the problems will be sorted but it is very frustrating especially for those of us who live so far away in Australia and trying to get finished.. I am looking forward to a resolve once and for all

Hugh and Jay:

If you have backup batteries connected to the displays that are having these symptoms, try disconnecting the backup battery to see if the symptoms change.

To Dynon,

Mine doesn't have the backup battery connected to 7" display because the wire was broken on the backup.

Since I've only seen this problem happened once, I'll check the battery volt if it happens again. I hope it's aircraft problem not the Dynon, will keep you guys posted.
