Is there any reason this SW version could cause the Red Cube flow sensor to be more sensitive? Following the update the flow reading bounces in a range of 0.5 GPH where before it was steady. The K factor is unchanged at 68,000 and the engine is a Rotax 912ULS. It may just be time for a new sensor and coincidental to the SW update. Just wondering if anything was tweaked for the injected 912's that impacted the carb version?

There hasn't been any change to the way the fuel flow signal is sensed. Sounds like a coincidence, as you suspect. One other thing to check is whether something happened to the signal wire that goes from the red cube to the 37 pin harness.
