Jae, Skyview is already listed on the savyanalysis website in the aircraft profile section of your account. It is not listed in the compatible log files, but when you create an aircraft profile Skyview is listed. I guess that means it's either supported now or will be soon.

Dynon, do you know of any tools out there to help analyze or graph the log data? Are there any you might have talked with about supporting the Skyview data format?

There are various tools and websites (a few listed below) that have great useful analysis features. I guess i should have mentioned this earlier but being compatible with Garmin's log format might be useful here. That would provide immediate support. However, now that the feature is being released, i would hope specific support for Skyview will become wide-spread.

Thanks for the new update!!! Data logging has been a long time coming!

Jae

I still have the old data file from before 5.1 is there any way that I can get it decoded? There is some history on there that is valuable data to me.

Hi Djones... i created an account and sure enough Skyview is listed. However, i then noticed if you go to upload a file and click "View supported formats" this is what they list at https://www.savvyanalysis.com/upload_files

View supported formats
Advanced Flight Systems (AF- series)
Avidyne (R8/R9/EX5000)
Chelton EFIS
E.I. (UBG-16 & MVP-50)
Dynon (D10/D100-series)
Garmin G-1000 and Cirrus Perspective
Grand Rapids Avionics
Insight Avionics (GEM 610, GEMINI 1200, G1, G2, G3 and G4)
J.P. Instruments (700-, 800-, and 900-series)
Ultra-FEI/Flightline AuRACLE
Zip files are supported.
50MB limit on any single upload file.
Upload runtime: html5 (diagnostic info)
If you have an analyzer that is not listed, or something doesn't work, send us an email, and we'll do our best to support it..

Hopefully someone can confirm whether Skyview is supported or not soon by trying to upload a file! We are definitely close, so close i can taste it! :D

We have been working with savvyanalysis before we released this and they are already compatible with our file format.

I still have the old data file from before 5.1   is there any way that I can get it decoded?  There is some history on there that is valuable data to me.

The old file was only about 60 minutes long, there is no long term data stored in SkyView before 5.1 is put on it, and there is no easy way for us to get data out of the old 60 minute buffer.
