I was reminded of some oath a doctor takes that goes something like that.
I had a simple requirement today, I just noticed that I had no Hobbs meter and no fuel totalizer showing. I went into the settings and never did find the place where you put widgets on the EMS screen. Clicked on a few possibilities, nothing happened that I wanted - but I managed to make the EMS screen disappear and when I could not get it back, I gave up and went home in disgust, deciding I needed to wade thru the installation manual. No luck there so far, but I will find it.
I have had this problem before, getting completely lost in the menus, and was just thinking, it would be wonderful if Dynon would make a chart, so that I could find Hobbs for instance, and trace it back on the chart, a decision logic table of sorts. For this old guy there are just too many "Dynon Words" with no logic in my brain, and too many dead end paths to go down. Problem is, I still think that the Dynon Skyview is head and heels above anything else available! Thanks, guys.

Well, a little bookwork and I got it done, now all I have to do is arrange stuff so it makes better sense.

Don,

The HOBBS and Tach are under INFO items when adding widgets. Took me a few to figure this out too as I wanted them on the 20% screen as well as the others.

I just realized my AOA widget is not on there yet, back to the book again.

The AOA is there but shows not yet calibrated. Once you do that (one or more stalls), it will show up.

I spent three hours studying the manual (and trying different buttons) this morning, I am convinced that NOWHERE in the manual does it tell us how to get that widget on the screen!
Are you saying that the Skyview actually senses that an AOA is installed when you stall it? Sounds far out.

Page 3-14 of the install guide covers enabling / disabling the AoA indicator:

PFD SETUP Menu
This menu contains menus and pages related to Primary Flight Display page and data source
(ADAHRS module).

...

[ch61623] ANGLE OF ATTACK – Enter this page to enable/disable display of the Angle of Attack
indicator.

Page 5-22 of the install guide covers calibrating the AoA. It is not fully automatic.:

AOA CALIBRATION
If a Dynon Avionics AOA/Pitot Sensor is installed, familiarize yourself with the AOA calibration
procedure before flight by reading through the instructions in the AOA Calibration Wizard:
SETUP MENU > HARDWARE CALIBRATION > ADAHRS CALIBRATION > AOA CALIBRATION.
Once you are flying straight and level at a safe altitude for stalls, go into the AOA Calibration
Wizard (IN FLIGHT SETUP MENU > AOA CALIBRATION…) and follow the onscreen instructions to
calibrate angle of attack while in flight.

Well one thing about posting problems here is that you demonstrate to the world you are NOT the brightest bulb in the string!
I went back to the hangar to do some screen shots to show you were wrong, I had done as you instructed several times with no results.  When taking the screenshot I happened to notice a strange rectangle up there with "cal" over it!  All this time I was looking for it in a different space, like down in the lower left corner by the HSI, and with lines on it and pretty red, amber and green colors.  A little more research and i found that it has been changed - to a more easily read position, and a smaller widget.  On top of all this, another poster below had already told me that, I just thought he was dreaming of what could be.
