Hi Everyone.
I would like to share a new online tool I created called https://FlightPlots.com. It is much like savvyanalysis.com but with a twist and some customizations. The graphs are more interactive. There is a synchronized map with the graphs. I tried to make it as easy as possible to upload and save your data as well. It uses google drive, which many people already use. Just point Flightplots to your google drive folder, and it will pick up your files.
This started out as a personal tool. However, after showing it to a few other Skyview friends, they really liked it, too. I figure why not share it with others. The more the merrier. Also, there is a sharing feature built-in, so you can share links with others as well.
To get you started, here are some videos I just made to walk you through some of its features. The videos are listed here, too at https://FlightPlots.com/mydash/faq/
Part1: Processing Page - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7BkvP5L4fA
Part 2: View Flights Page - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4AVZS-haqE
Part 3: Plot Features - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WB5Wh5bIOEk
Part 4: Sharing and Processing Data - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5huxBlrcIAE
Yes, I know these videos are weak. I need to redo them at a later time!
It is best to use a modern web browser, as it uses some of the latest tools to make the graphs more interactive. It should work fine on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Just make sure it i a recent version.
Please provide me feedback as well. There is a Feedback link on the top of each page, which goes here: https://github.com/jchang10/FlightPlots/issues. If you are a developer, you will probably already have an account. Otherwise, send me an email to jchang10 at gmail.com.
Finally, if you have gotten this far, you can login using the demo account username is 'demo' and password is 'demodemo'.
Thanks for listening!
Jae
