I have a newly installed HDX1100 in a new Zenith Cruzer build. The plane is not flying yet but I have been running the engine and doing taxi tests. On my initial fill of the tanks and the fuel computer showing 30 gallons on the screen, after running the engine several times and taxing up and down the runway several times the screen showed I used 3 gallons. After refilling the tanks I only used 3 quarts. If I do the math I need to multiply the default K factor number of 68000 by 4 which is 272000. The Dynon software only goes to 130000. What am I missing here? I have the FT-60 "Red Cube" installed.

That is not enough burn to adjust the k-factor. i would not adjust until you burn close to a full tank. Then to fine tune, add up a couple fill ups to get a new total fuel burn, actual and SV values.
