jabarr,

You are really not as helpful as you are impudent...because IF you did a google search of VDO 0-10 bar sender you will end up on the VDO website and they have about 50 senders listed and they all look similar so I asked for help to meke sure I got the right one... I bet the boyz siting around in their moms basements pecking away on the political discussion websites really miss your snarky posts so you should rejoin them and share your humor.

If someone does know the correct part number I would appreciate the assistance.

THANKS!!!

Think about it— ANY VDO 0-10 bar sensor with the proper thread will work.  Some have 2 posts if you prefer to use a separate ground.  I found what you need in 30 seconds of searching— I bet you could too.  I cant give you the exact number because I don’t know what your preference may be. However, a 360-004 will work. I’ll ignore your personal attacks because you have no idea what you’re saying or who you are saying it to. Have a nice day :)

I highly recommend NOT using VDO senders.  I've had to replace a fuel pressure sender after 200 hrs on my 9A and 100 hrs on my Rocket.  I disassembled one and found that the wiper tends to wear the resistance coil in one spot (presumably the steady state pressure).  It then gets stuck.

I just replaced both my oil and fuel pressure senders with the Kavlico equivalents.  Expecting the Kavlico sensors, I had prewired the 5 Volt bias supply when I built the Rocket, so it was pretty straightforward to convert.  Hopefully these will be more reliable.

My only real gripe was that Spruce sent me the old VDO sensors in the EMS sensor kit AFTER Dynon announced the Kavlico ones.  I was surprised to receive the old stock, but I had a bigger problem with the old non-functional servos they sent, so I didn't raise a stink with the sensors.
