G-meter alert malfunction

Today while goofing off locally, I encountered a few minor jolts in the air from turbulence and got a "G's" alert from Skyview Classic. That's nothing unusual, it happens often - but this time the alert latched on and would not reset in smooth air. I was forced to power off and back on my primary screen of the dual-screen pair to reset the G-meter annunciation.

Diagnostic file is attached here.

Yeah, that's not expected (the alarm). You should probably get in touch with our support team at support at dynonavionics dot com or 425-402-0433 for some more personalized help here. Definitely point them to this thread with the diagnostic log.

Last night I pulled the datalogs (attached here) and the mystery only got a little thicker. The event in question occurred at 21:11:30 system time on 1-13-19 and lasted 11 seconds, with twelve "G" announcements before I reset the screen. The air was smoother than I initially thought, the datalog shows the lateral G in the seconds leading up to, and through the end of, the event varied between -.02 to +.06, and the vertical G varied between +1.3 and +0.7, neither value was high enough to cause the initial G alert in the first place. The datalogs are attached here for review.
