Here, in Brazil, we have a free database file with thousands waypoints, named trackmaker. We use this file in garmin's gps devices. Can i transfer this file to Skyview? Another question, can i create wayponts in SV-250 ?

There isn't a way to import databases other than the Dynon US data and Jeppesen's worldwide data at this time, but we're learning about our non-US customers' requirements and will likely have more options for data in the future. We haven't decided exactly what form that will take and don't have anything to announce just yet, though.

Take a look at http://wiki.dynonavionics.com/SkyView_User_Waypoints though for a way to get user waypoints into SkyView.

:( thanks, but reading the SkyView User Waypoints, i can´t understand how to create a waypoint in my PC, to transfer to usb pendrive then skyview! I think i need a software to insert waypont´s  name and position then save it as a   .dup  , so the skyview could recognize it! Am i in a wrong way?

Without our waypoints, i believe its not interesting purchase the Dynon´s moving map, and i also believe the 250 gps doesn´t work outside USA. Could be wonderfull if Skyview screem show the Garmins waypoints, and could be a good idea Jeppensen allow us see data for free a couple of days before purchasing,we really don´t know what theu can offer´outside USA....

I believe GPS devices (including SV-GPS-250) work world wide. You may have trouble receiving enough satellites if you are near the north or south pole but the rest of the world is covered.

If you have a database with waypoints it can probably be converted to Dynon with the http://wiki.dynonavionics.com/SkyView_User_Waypoints utility. You need to convert it to Google Earth KML format, but Google Earth imports an impressive number of formats including GPX. Just about any GPS software exports in GPX format.
