Does connectorizing the GPS-250 leads to the Skyview D-700 have any negative signal or noise issues, and if not could "bullet" type connectors be used, or would a DB-9 be required?

Bullet connectors are fine from a signal and noise standpoint. In reality, anything that makes a solid electrical contact will work fine. Just don't plug the wrong wires together!
DB-9 connectors have the risk of being confused with the SkyView Network connectors which would have entirely different signals on the various pins.
