From my GPS I have two wires, RS232 out and RS232 in, where I have to connect its?

Do you have only an EMS, or do you have an EFIS as well?

Only EMS D-10

You'll only use the RS232 out from your GPS and ground, and it'll go to pin 19 on the D37 connector. PLEASE download the EMS-D10 manual from http://docs.dynonavionics.com for the full details though.
