My Ack E-04 Alt requires a GPS Baud rate of 9,600. My two GPS devices in the plane transmit 19,200 (SV GPS-250) and 4,800 (RTG APRS). Can the Skyview be configured to transmit 9,600 data for the Alt? I plan on installing a Garmin GNS430. I believe that will provide the 9,600 data rate if the Skyview can not be configured to do so.

FWIW - I'd connect the Ack to the Garmin, you can generally add up to 4 serial devices to 1 output from the Gps

SkyView does have 5 serial outputs, and we do indeed support NMEA 9600 as one of the possible output formats.
Could you confirm that the Skyview can transmit at a Baud rate of 9,600 to the ELT though it receives at 19,200 from the SV GPS-250. My understanding is that a Serial port can only transmit and receive at the same rate.

SkyView can talk 9,600 baud to an ELT, but only in NMEA format, so make sure this is what your ELT uses. If it uses "Aviation" format we can't support that.
It is true that on SkyView a serial port needs to transmit and recieve at the same speed, but we have 5 serial ports and each can be configured differently.
The issue is that there are only 5 ports, and you give one up for your GPS and one up for your ELT, so you may run out depending on what else you connect.
Also, it hardly matters, but technically our GPS is 38,400 baud, not 19,200.
