I am installing EFIS-D100, HS34, EMS-D10, GNS430W GPS, and a GTX327 transponder.

Since I have a HS34 in the system, do I need to attach the GPS transmit lines in the harnesses for EFIS (yellow/green wire connected to pin 22 in D-25 connector) and EMS (pin 19 in D-37 connector) to the GPS, or does the HS34 take care of this for me?

The ARINC connections take care of all of the Dynon to 430 communication. There is no need to connect the RS-232.

However, if you are a "Belt AND suspenders" type you CAN hook up the serial lines, too. Then you would see two GPS connections in the HSI setup along with one Nav connection - if for some reason the wiring failed in flight you could switch to the serial connection as a backup.

You only need to hook up Nav/GPS lines to the HS34. The DSAB wires communicate everything from there to the EFIS units.
