Just a quick acknowledgement of the great service and support I received recently from Dynon.
After a number of fellow pilots complained that my radio transmissions were hard to understand I checked the SV-COM-425 radio with a power/swer meter and found the output had dropped to 0.2watt.
Reluctantly I sent the unit back to Seattle ( from Melbourne, Australia) expecting a long delay.
The unit was repaired (actually the whole RF board replaced) within 4 days of receipt and then sent back UPS expedited. I received the unit 6 days later and now its back in the aircraft and all is working well.
Unit was just inside 3 year warranty- no hassles.
My last experience with Dynon service was just as good when they sent new servo shear screws at no charge.
