Grip PTT wiring questions

Ok I'm looking at the SV-INTERCOM schematic for two radios 2-4 in the SV-INTERCOM install manual.  It shows output from PIN 12 to the switch with two outputs.  I have a Tosten grip with 3 wires that will be used for these functions.  One common that will run to the SV-INTERCOM PIN 12 and one that will run to SV-COM-425 #1 and one that will run to SV-COM-425 #2.  My questions are:

Do I need to shield the wire from my grip to PIN 12 on the SV-INTERCOM?

Do I need to shield the wires from the grip to the SV-COM-425's?

This easiest thing is to not shield them and run directly to the components, shielding will be a lot of extra wire so that I can tie into the shield bundle.  Thoughts on this?

Shielding is not needed on the PTT or flip-flop wires.
