GRT Oil Temp Sensor

I just installed the GRT Oil Temp Sensor (Lycoming O 360). I have a Skyview Classic in my RV-6A. I have not started the engine, but just bring up the Skyview system and it reads -11 degrees. Figured that I would just switch the wires and still reads -11 degrees. Anyone use this GRT Oil Temp Sensor and did it work?

Did you select the right oil temp sender in the sensor pin mapping? The default sensor configuration won't work.
