HDX Not seeing files on USB drive

Forgive me if this has been addressed before, but I could not find it.
I recently upgraded to the Skyview HDX from Skyview "Classic". I can download the new software and updated data to the USB drive (the same USB that I used for the Classic). But when I go to the setup files in the HDX to upload, the HDX does not "see" them on the USB drive.
Ideas and/or suggestions?

Regards,

Couple of really obvious questions, but is the USB drive 32G or less, and are the files in the root directory? That’s the extent of my ideas.

If you are attempting to use the remote USB port(s) that most Classic users have installed in/near the panel, be aware that in the latest iteration of the HDX that the external USB pins that worked in your Classic are no longer functional in the HDX 37 pin connector. The only USB access to your new HDX is thru the ports on the back of the unit. If you still want panel access to USB, folks have been installing extension cables of various kinds between the panel and the back of the unit.

Yes - I am using a USB less than 33G and yes the files are loaded on the root directory.
I do have USB extension coming from the back of the unit.

I'd simply try a different USB drive. There's a long history of some drives just not working, even a few that worked fine before. Be careful how you format it as well. It needs to be formatted in FAT32. Don't use Windows to do it. Windows 11 won't even do FAT 32, or so I'm told, and earlier versions don't default to it. Use a standalone formatting utility.
