My RV4 was calibrated upon installation and flew fine (more than 1000 miles cross country and 20 plus hours) but it now will not hold an accurate heading between the dual ADHARS or the D6 I use for a backup. I attempted another ground calibration yesterday and it was successful until shortly after takeoff when the headings split by 30 degrees or more, again. I then tried an in-flight heading calibratio with no success. The PFD reads accurately but the heading on the map, no matter the wind direction, is 30 degrees or more different from the PFD heading.

I'm not quite seeing the whole picture here. First, which one of SkyView or the D6 do you believe to be wrong? And when you say the "PFD reads accurately", are you talking about SkyView's heading or something else? Pictures would help here if it's like that all the time.
