My installation of the heated pitot/AOA required a somewhat complex set of bends and several small adjustments to get right. What is the resulting danger of the tubes being work hardened? Is there a way to determine if I over did it?

By the way, My name is Joe Wilbur. I'm building an RV-10. Trying to get the wings complete before the fuse kit arrives in May.

Joe,

You can bend the tubing with generous bend radius all you want once, the issue is bending it back and forth.
The aluminum will become brittle if you make a bend, decide you don't like it, then bend it back. You might get away with it once.
I just completed all the hydraulic lines for my Glasair III which are made of 6061-t6 aluminum and learned from that experience.
Keep your bend radius to at least 1 inch for those lines and you will be fine.

Regards
Don
