Help on 3.2 update

Sorry, but I'm a little bit confused about updating to 3.2.

May I just load 3.2 into the system (two screens)? Will it syncronize?

Or do I have to reconfigure everything again? I mean ADHARS, servos etc. I have the Map licensed, Jeppesen database, terrain and obstacle.

What about these "other Files"? Will they remain, or do I have to download them all again?

In other words, will i need to reconfigure the whole system, or just load
3.2, that's all ?

What about the state/contry borders? Do they work in South America, or USA only?

You will need to load the software v3.2 on both screens separately. There are 4 other files (nav data, obstical data, sensor file, and the file with the borders on it) that you load one at a time and they will sync between screens if you have the Ethernet cable installed. Make sure you have all the stuff online when you update (ems module, adhars, a/p servos, etc). I did mine last night, it went smooth.

The political borders file has countries for the whole world.

You need to load the 3.2 DUP file on both screens.

You don't have to update your aviation or obstacle databases. They will remain. If you're in the USA, you might as well grab our latest free files.

Your terrain databases will also remain.

You need to load the political boundaries on one screen if you have Ethernet between them, or both if you do not.

big problem with the 3.2

I have probably done something wrong and may-ybe this is the update of the 3,2. as i had place the ethernet wire I just updated one sky view and load the sensor update. Then I realize that I did not update the second screen and I start again t-with the update. so for a while one screen was 3,2 the other one 3,1 and the sensor database was 3,2. this maybe why I lost everything???


When I want to see my EMS I can only see RPM and Fuel flow (all the pressure and EGT CHT, Tank level had gone with a beautiful red cross

I can find in the debug data menu that my sensor are working but impossible to display them. They are all with a beautiful red cross!!!

is this the news sensor def ignition that I have download??

This is likely due to the sensor file, and can happen if the sensor file you have is corrupt. Please try downloading the sensor file again and loading it again.

The sensor file is per screen so there is no issue if you only update one screen. If you ended up with the same issue on both screens, it is very likely the sensor file on your USB stick has an issue.

I was thinking that it could be this kind of problem. I am going to check that today. I have made 2 USB Key

Sucessfully updated my system to 3.2 with no issues, easy! Now the whole system works smoth as silk.

I have just upload a new sensor file and everything work again very well
