Filled out the form, appeared to be in working order. Reboot cleared the error but there you go. I have replaced nearly every component on my Dynon system since I bought the plane last fall. To be fair it was installed in 2015 so I guess I'm reaching some limits. Dynon has been absolutly AWESOME taking care of me.
For those who don't know system event 5 means the SSD hard drive is dying and needs to be replaced. Hurray.
