I flew my skyview today for the first time with version 15
Got to see the HITS in action. I was pleased it functioned on the flight plan that was forwarded from the flight plan in the GTN 750. very cool. Only problem and not major is that the HITS box only has three sides. Top, bottom and left side. Not a big deal. Is this intentional? my mind fills in the forth side without a problem. Glitch???

The HITS boxes are drawn using angled rectangles, which makes them easier to spot when you're not right up against them. So you'll see that when you're off towards the side of a box and looking at the edge of one of the sides of the box. So not a glitch, but possibly not ideal since you're noticing it as a kind of "glitchy" look.

I like the way I slide through them sideways with a cross wind.

Nah, was climbing & tracking 085. That 34 deg heading off 085 was correct all the way, had not got everything adjusted as I was so surprised & busy.

Here's another one, after levelling off groundspeed at 4500ft was 220 kts for 45 mins, going higher it dropped off so went back to 4500.
In 30 + years of flying this year is the first of any winds I've experienced over 55 knots at such low levels.  I find the Dynons wind vectors are such a handy tool for making decisions re altitude selection.

Very early on in Phase I I found I could almost hover the RV at 3000'. I should've put the flaps out and just sat there overhead Singleton confusing the locals!
