I just bought a Pipistrel Virus that has a working AP74 and a separate EK4 Pro GPS. Is there a way to connect these units such as to have the autopilot follow a GPS track? My iPad connect to a Bad Elf GPS via Bluetooth.

According to the EKP IV manual, it supports NMEA serial output.

Which EFIS are you using with the AP74? Check the install guide for it and it will provide details on feeding the data from your GPS.

As Ray mentioned, the EKP IV has NMEA out, which can be hooked to the EFIS to allow the Autopilot to follow the flight plan. You need to hook the TX from the EKP to the RX on the EFIS. Details are in our install manual.

This will be a physical wire between the units. The system does not support wireless connections like Bluetooth or WiFi.
