I think the best way to answer this is that SkyView is fundamentally similar to modern laptop or mobile device platforms. Which is to say, there's a CPU, GPU, main board, associated controllers, etc etc. It uses a custom architecture and highly tailored underlying OS.

So overall, more than 1, and not much more than it needs :)
