Yo, I understand that your initial ship date of August for the HS34 slipped to September due to the horizontal faceplate addition. My order is for the horizontal faceplate. How does the ship date look now that we are half-way through August???

A September ship date is looking very likely right now. We're already in beta for the HS34 and the software that drives it.
