Hydraulic pressure tranducer

Hi,
I want to connect two high hydraulic pressure transducers(about 2000PSI) to my  SkyView 7" display.
Can anyone help me in deciding whether this transducer http://www.omega.com/pptst/PX4100.html   fit, and how I connect it?
I mean, through which connector and pins#

I have done this using two of these.

I have them connected to pin 6 on the EMS D37 via a latching relay to give me one hydraulic pressure readout on the display. While I have not as yet pressurized the system I am getting an OK indication. This is the sensor definition I have.

The image needs to reside on a computer accessible from the Internet and you add the url like this:

You should be able to upload a file right to the forum with the "choose file" selection right below. A 16KB JPG shouldn't be any issue so we don't know what it up there.
