Just a quick question (don't need to worry about ICAO flight plans for a while yet, FAA just announced they're delaying implementation)...previously, the SV XPDR-261 w/ an approved GPS source for ADS-B out meant that the appropriate code for ICAO flight plans was B1 (1090ES out). With the new ADS-B receiver which can get 1090 MHz data *in*, does that mean we should file as B2 (1090 In/Out capability)?
