IFD440 Direct to - No HITS

When I build a flight plan everything is fine and normal and hit's works as expected. When the IFD is set up with a Direct To, For about a half a second I get HITS then it dissapears. Anyone have any thoughts?

I'm having the same issue with an IFD 540. Anyone have an idea?

I have an IFD 440 paired to the HDX. I have noticed the same thing when navigating with the IFD after a direct-to. I found that the HITS will return after sequencing the next point in the flight plan. I wonder if not enough information is provided to the HDX from the IFD after a direct-to so the HDX thinks it is in no man's land and is coded not to provide bad information. I have had no issue on the SkyView side for HITS.
