been searching for the answer and have not found it - are any of the Dynon EFIS systems capable of displaying the LOC and glide slope bars on the attitude indication or is only represented on the hsi portion.

Maybe I'm totally missing something.

The D10A, D100, and D180 can show the LOC / GS around on the attitude indicator OR on the dedicated HSI page. SkyView has the same information integrated on the PFD page, where both the CDI and GS are shown on the HSI display just below the attitude indicator however.

Just to clarify, do the command bars or V-bar of the Expert Mode Flight Director show localizer and glideslope information, with an appropriate ILS receiver installed? ::)

The FD can follow LOC/GS with a NAV radio installed. However, command bars don't show LOC/GS info, they show what you should do to get the plane onto the LOC/GS. This is secondary information, not a primary and direct display of your deviation.

I realize this is probably what you meant, but I also wanted to be clear so that nobody thinks we "show" the LOC/GS on the command bar.

IOW, the Flight Directors can show "deviation," but not scaled "information." Got it!
In that regard, they are no different than most other flight director displays.
Thanks Dynon.
