impossible to get Dynon on the telephone

I spend hours trying to reach the published phone number 425 402 0433 to get tech. aid
get no human response only tapes that say leave a message i do and never get a call back
What is wrong???????
Never experienced this with any other company

My apologies that you're not reaching someone quickly. Our phone system seems to be working OK, but we are a bit understaffed in technical support today due to an unexpected employee sickness. If you are calling outside of our normal business hours (8a-5p, M-F, US Pacific time) you'll will get a recording with a prompt to leave a message. You'll also get that same recording if all of our staff are already on the phones. We DO call everyone back as soon as we're able to. If you PM your phone number and where you're calling from, I'll make sure you get a call back and also see if our phone system is not accepting your call for some reason.

I have had great success with tech support, they are usually very quick but, yes, I have had to wait 1 day before someone called me back. I actually think Dynon's tech support is outstanding.

Reidvaitor, I concur with you on that. There are as good and/or better as any other major tech company based on my 34 years of electronic experience. :)

Yes, you guys are pretty hard to beat.

While looking at what system I would go for, I sent an email to Dynon. The question was quite complex and they did not feel that it could be adequately answered in an email.

The result was that I received a phone call, in New Zealand, (half a world away from Seattle), from a Dynon staff member, which lasted nearly an hour, answered every question I had and still some and was, because of the time difference, out side Dynon's office hours.

You just can't beat that level of service and, combined with a great product, made it impossible to think of buying anything else.
