I intend to put in two 10" SkyView Monitors.  If I added a DVD player, is it technically possible for the person in the passenger seat to watch a movie?

I doubt it. A few years ago, i saw a spate of panel and overhead mounted DVD players. With most kids having ipads as their entertainment device of choice (high def movies, tv shows, books, video games, and music), i have seen more people removing out of style DVD players than installing them anywhere in the plane these days.

I'd say it technically possible for the passenger to watch a movie, but probably not on the Skyview. While the Skyview looks similar to a TV it's probably missing the interfacing to be able to accept DVD input. In another thread they discussed placing a monitor in the back seat fed by the front seat Skyview - which wasn't possible.

mmarien's right - there isn't currently any way to get a video input into Skyview. It's something that we've considered, but it's not trivial. We don't currently have any other information on such a feature though.
