Intermittent EGT values at higher RPM, but only in flight

I made two flights in my Pipistrel Sinus motorglider today. The first one was unremarkable. The second one about 20 minutes later, I started to get a wonky display on my Classic Skyview display.

After I took off, I throttled back to a slow cruise initially, but then decided to speed up to a faster speed. After RPM got above 5000 rpm, all of my EGT displays (horizontal bar graphs and values) started alternating with red X s on about a 1 second interval. Also battery voltage started varying by a couple of tenths of a volt (dropping when red X's come on for EGT )and fuel pressure began varying by a few tenths of a psi higher (lower when red X's come on for EGT )

Other engine parameters (such as Oil pressure) don't seem to vary with the loss of indication... though obviously vary with engine RPM.

So here's the kicker... I ran engine up and down several times as I returned to the airport. Basically, when engine RPM got ABOVE somewhere around 4900 rpm (Rotax 912 UL2), the Red Xs started blinking on and off in alternation with the EGT , and blinking stopped when below that value. After landing, I ran it up one more time to almost 5200 rpm before shut down. NO BLINKING!...

These were the 6th and 7th flights after getting my SkyView display back from Dynon for an out-of-warranty repair..

I am attaching a videoI took of the display in flight. CAUTION: This video can induce motion sickness, due to the wild motion of my phone as I was taking it. Sorry. Just make sure you have a barf bag or trash can nearby when watching it if you are at all prone to motion sickness.

I'm THINKING is might be something to do with the EMS .. but why does it work just fine below 4900 rpm? I would think at lower RPM, lower voltage output from the alternators, would be the point where the display would act up, if the problem was a high resistance connector something.

I have downloaded the Diagnostic file, and User files, but before I submit these to Dynon... maybe one of you have an idea? Hopefully, experience with this exact issue so you can tell me.... "turn the frabulator 1/4 turn, and it will all be good", and I can do that and it will be so.

Looking at the user files, I see regular up and down spikes (sawtooth pattern) on just the following parameters
EGT
CHT
Coolant Temperatures
Oil Temperatures

Voltage....during one higher rpm part of the flight where I was seeing "sawtoothing" of the signals for the above parameters, but NOT continuously during the next higher rpm part of the flight here I was seeing sawtoothing of the signals for the above parameter. Wierd, hun?

And here's the previous flight, just minutes earlier:
