I tried to load V 13.0.2 on to my SV today. It recognised the new version in the set up menu i.e. update firmware to version 13.0.2.3231. when i push the update button i get a message update failed out of disk space message. Do i need to remove any files??

Hugh,
Are you loading the USA or Europe "package" or just the v13 update?
Is it a .DUC or a .DUP file?
Does the warning indicate if you are out of "internal" or "external" disk space?
What software version are you currently on?
If you can, will you please pull a "Dynon Diagnostic File" so we can look into this?

Once you do that, there is something you can try to make it work. Go into datalog setup and clear your user datalogs. This will likely allow you to complete the update.

I am currently on V12. It is 13.0.2 DUP file 84,313kb. The message on screen top left hand side of screen says update failed. in the centre of the screen it says out of disk space. I downloaded the the version for those who live outside the US or western Europe. I will try and pull the file and clear the user data log. I will report back.

Cheers

I had another go at loading the new version SW and everything worked. Not sure what happened yesterday as I tried this several times but it appears everything is on line and working ok. :)

Cheers
